Refund Policy

The following return policy is applicable to all services offered by Yes Translation.

Cancellations
If you wish to request for cancellation after placing an order, this should be done right away. If we have not assigned the translation task to a translator, we will make a 100% refund, otherwise we are unable to accept your request. In most cases, we engage a translator as soon as you place order, otherwise we will make a 100% refund.

If you wish to request a partial cancellation for services not needed anymore, then we accept such request if we have not already started. For example, if you have paid for hard copies but you would wish to have only the e-version files, then we can refund the additional charges you paid for the hard copies, provided that we have not already delivered these files. The only way you can request for cancellation by sending an email to hjh68849000@gmail.com. But you can also chat with us online or call us.

For cancellation of interpretation services: If you cancel within 48 hours of work assignment, we will deduct 50% of the total amount as cancellation charges and refund the remaining amount. If you cancel within 24 hours of work assignment, 100% deduction will apply to all cancelled projects.

Editing Requests
You can request edits (synonyms, wording preferences, spelling and illegible words) to your translated documents. We will make the edits promptly at your requests. Such edits will be done as many times as requested. All languages can be phrased in numerous ways and we are open to your feedback. We will edit your translated documents based on your feedback. But we are unable to issue a refund or make chargeback.

Errors or Mistranslation
We guarantee the highest accuracy on all our translations. We follow a strict quality control process to ensure that your translated documents are free from error or mistranslation. If you spot an error or mistranslation in your document, contact us without delay. We will have the errors in your mistranslated document corrected.

Name spellings and wording preferences are customarily not considered as mistranslations or errors. No refund will be allowed for name spellings (if not provided earlier) and wording preferences.
 
If you wish to reject the translation and request a refund due to an error or mistranslation, then we allow such a refund only if it would reasonably prove that our quality standards were not met and our proofreading process failed.
 
Once we confirm that it fails our quality standards, we will issue a refund for the part with quality compromised. In all instances, our liability will always be limited to fixing the errors or providing a refund. Yes Translation shall be exempted from any other liability or indemnity obligations.
 

Missing Pages
We follow a strict quality control process to make sure we do not miss anything while translating your documents. But if you notice a page or section missing upon the receipt of translation, contact us without delay and we will fix it as soon as practicable. If we are unable to make up the missing sections before our promised deadline, we will advise the same to you and give you with the option to refuse the missing translations and receive a partial refund for the missing sections.

Formatting
If you have not paid for formatting design or not provided a scan copy that is clear to see, we cannot guarantee 100% consistency. We therefore cannot issue a refund for such complaints. If the scanned image is blurry, we only do plain text translation.

Interpreting Terms
Please remember interpreters will always do verbal interpretation as you said. They will not provide further explanation or give opinions. If context is required, it should only be for the purpose of choosing proper terms.
