1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
A 2,000-word translation takes 1-2 days at most.
A 5,000 word translation takes 2-3 days at most.
For orders in other language pairs, our team will review your documents before informing you of the delivery date.
Note: Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next day. 

2. WHO WILL TRANSLATE MY DOCOUMENT?
With many years of experience in the translation, we are specialized in different areas of service. Many of them have obtained Master’s Degree and certificates in fields such as economics, medicine, law and engineering.

3. IS MY PAYMENT SAFE?
Yes. We use PayPal as payment platforms. We never receive, store or keep your credit card information.

4. HOW DO YOU ERSURE QUALITY?

Any translator working for YES Translation Services should have at least 2 years of transportation experience. He should be fluent or bilingual in English/ source language or target language.

5.How is the translation cost calculated?

We  charge based on the number of words in the source files. Prices vary depending on the difficulty and turnaround time.

Additional cost may be charged for recreating charts, tables, images, and such as requiring extra time, technical know-how and labor.

6.Will there be a cancellation fee if I cancel a project after it has been started?

You can cancel the translation at any time,  you only need to pay for the completed part of the translation.

7.Do you require a deposit?

Depending on the actual situation, we may request a 20% -100% deposit.

8.Can I get an invoice?

We issue an invoice for every transaction.
